We were so lucky to have a gap in our work and COVID to enable us to return trip to Florence for our wedding anniversary. I was allowed to take my camera and managed to capture some interesting and iconic shots of this beautiful city. I hope you enjoy this small montage of my photos.

The original David by Michaelengelo in the Academia in Florence. Finding the light and balance of this shot was difficult but WOW - just WOW at the beauty of this statue.
An iconic shot of Florence skyline in moody B&W to reflect a city of extreme age, beauty and poise. Taken from Piazzo Michaelangelo from 10 panaromic photos stitched together.
Here is my capture of Persius slaying Medusa in Florence. The timing of the light was all important here - to highlight the hair, sword and key points of the statue.
Camponile in the Duomo Square - Florence. Not a stunning or unusual photo but an amazing building well worth a place on my site !
